Italy, (Verona and Venice)

Strange sculpures on the way to Verona and Venice.
Kinda creepy... look like they are watching you, stalking you... always watching!

I took bad photos in Verona.
This was Juliet's home. The real one Shakepeare used in his "story".
Trick was to rub the staute's breast.

They have good ruins in Verona too. Second only to Rome in their state of preservation.
This small "Colosseum" hold rock concerts and gear.

Venice was cold and wet. And there were few boats.

St Marks Basilica and the Bell Tower in St Marks Square.

Cheeky Bugger.

Rainy Venice. Still beautiful of course.

The last stop before we left Italy and entered Austria. Brenner Pass is just a little ways up the valley.
This was taken from a petrol station.
Sickening how beautiful Europe is really.
(The view the other way was just as good).
